Bart L. Cox, MD, FACC
Board Certifications: Internal Medicine,Cardiovascular Diseases
Dr. Cox was born in Nebraska and raised in Anderson, Indiana. Dr. Cox attended Purdue University for his undergraduate degree in Biology and then matriculated to Indiana University School of Medicine, in Indianapolis, Indiana for his Medical Degree. Following his graduation, he came to Milwaukee for his postgraduate training. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship at The Medical College of Wisconsin. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was awarded “Teacher of the Year” for seven years. Dr. Cox has a a special interest in the area of heart failure. Dr. Cox, his wife, and two children presently reside in Brookfield, Wisconsin. He is an avid reader, enjoys theology, and has recently resumed studies for a Masters Degree in the New Testament.
